The Best Way to Treat Eye Bruises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After hair transplant surgery, bruising and swelling is not uncommon around the eyes due to excess fluid migrating downward from the surgical site and settling in the upper eyelids. This can be accompanied by soreness, but it is not problematic because the skin is stretched and will resolve on its own within a week.

If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, take your pain medications and anti-inflammatories as directed and apply a cold compress to the area. After surgery, swelling usually subsides in about three to five days, but it may take longer for the skin around your eyes to return to its normal color. Numbness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
